Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of high‑impact learning content
- Own end‑to-end content design workstreams
- Translate complex, technical subject matter into clear, actionable learning experiences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) designing and writing digital learning content for adult learners
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
