eLearning Content Development Specialist II

What you’ll do:

• Design and develop course content; provide eLearning guidance and consultative services.
• Partner with Collections Training Manager to manage design/build documents and templates.
• Create and manage reporting mechanisms to track compliance, learning objectives and key metrics.

What we look for:

• Prior experience working in a complex operational or collection vendor network preferred.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of eLearning authoring tools required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form successful relationships and collaborate with colleagues.
