Manager, Instructional Design

Responsibilities:

• Manage project plans, development timelines, and production cycles.
• Allocate resources and manage workload distribution across the Instructional Design team.
• Maintain transparent communication across cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

• Advanced skill in designing multimodal learning experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for complex technical subjects.
• Strong project planning, workflow optimization, and organizational skills.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Learning Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or adult education.
• 5+ years of experience supervising or mentoring instructional design teams.
