Position Summary:

• The Revenue Specialist acts as a liaison between client contacts and insurance companies.
• This role handles patient health information with extreme privacy and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze worker's compensation claim payments using proprietary software.
• Research and acquire medical records and submit claims with supporting documentation.
• Conduct telephone follow-up with payers to facilitate prompt reimbursement.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's preferred.
• 1-2+ years healthcare billing/collections experience.
• 1+ years client-facing/customer service experience.
• Workers compensation billing experience preferred.
