Engineering Program Manager

Cohere is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to join the team. In this role, you will need curiosity, drive, independence, and leadership, and hands-on experience managing projects for consumer software and machine learning solutions and building large-scale processes to improve engineering operations. As an Engineering Program Manager, you will communicate clearly across the tech organization, optimize engineering alignment with product and business goals, plan and manage project schedules, and execute to ensure on-time delivery. You will also identify and resolve issues, coordinate dependencies, and prioritize impacts to schedule and product quality. The role requires at least 5 years of experience as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager, with at least 1 year in LLM training or optimization for a consumer product. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
