This position is primarily remote, but candidates near Boston, MA; Portsmouth, NH; Seattle, WA; Indianapolis, IN; Columbus, OH; or Plano, TX will follow a hybrid schedule, coming into the office two days a week.

As a Senior Instructional Design Specialist, you will support knowledge management, training, and development activities in alignment with business goals. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering technical and professional development training programs across organizational levels and roles.
Responsibilities include devising effective learning strategies, applying instructional design principles and adult learning theory, identifying subject matter experts, evaluating existing content, and ensuring resources are available to support job performance. The role also involves developing in-depth knowledge of the target audience and reporting evaluation findings to senior management and HR.
