Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will help support and develop analytics solutions that drive smarter decision-making across the company. This person will report to the Head of Business Analytics and will be working on a number of things. They will support the development of analytical solutions to strengthen strategy and execution across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product. They will also assist in translating raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions and develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators. The Business Analyst will collaborate with data engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. This person will also help define, document, and monitor critical metrics and KPIs and contribute to presentations and materials that communicate findings to internal stakeholders. Finally, they will participate in ad hoc analyses to answer important business questions and uncover opportunities for improvement.
