Sr. Product Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Product Operating Model and PDLC by ensuring clear work intake, handoffs, and information availability.
• Facilitate operating rhythms by preparing materials, capturing decisions, and tracking actions for leadership and stakeholder meetings.

Process & Tool Management:

• Maintain and optimize the product management tech stack for workflow hygiene, documentation, and reporting transparency.
• Support governance processes including compliance reviews and cross-functional readiness to enable effective business interaction.

Strategic Initiatives:

• Lead cross-functional projects by driving alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks in partnership with Product leaders.
• Use operational data and insights to identify trends, inform process improvements, and help the organization plan and execute work more effectively.
