As the first point of contact for our teachers and parents, you will represent Qkids with integrity, empathy, and efficiency. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth communication, solving concerns, and maintaining a world-class support experience that reflects Qkids’ dedication to educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support through email, live chat, and occasional phone communication, assisting teachers and parents with inquiries regarding scheduling, technical issues, and account information. You will also troubleshoot problems and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role also requires documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records using CRM tools, educating users on platform features, teaching tools, and policies.
