Hearing Representative, Workers' Compensation

Ambitious and growing law firm looking for a Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative to deliver excellent service to clients. Opportunities for growth and advancement are available. This position is within the Workers' Compensation Department at Abramson Labor Group. You will have the opportunity to interact with the clients' files throughout the lifecycle of their case and attend hearings relevant to issues that may arise during a client's case. Key responsibilities include managing a high-volume legal Workers' Compensation caseload, communicating with relevant parties involved in a case, attending all case related hearings, maintaining case notes, reviewing and evaluating case files, and possible traveling to assigned Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) locations. Other duties as assigned.
