Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and technical support of the IFS Cloud ERP platform and associated applications. Works closely with the ERP Solution Architect (IFS) and the Data Architect as well as specific project leaders. Supports the Transformation team in the daily operation of the IFS cloud system, liaising with our support partners to ensure maximum availability of the system to the end user community.
Oversees the installation, implementation and testing of software upgrades. Assists with the implementation of new features, system improvements and additional interfaces. Works closely with partners to resolve issues that cannot be resolved in-house. Administers IFS security roles and the allocation of roles to end users. Manages and supports the interfaces between IFS and other applications. Develops reports & external documents using various reporting tools. Provides technical support to the user base and management team; participates in Disaster Recovery planning and testing; and assists the IT Service Desk in supporting IFS users during transformation.
