Senior Backend Engineer (Python), Agent Developer: Flow Components

Responsibilities:

• Develop, ship, and maintain secure, well-tested, and performant Flow Registry features across the Duo Workflow Service and the GitLab monolith backend.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, frontend, backend, and AI specialists to refine requirements and deliver iterative product improvements.
• Design, implement, and review GraphQL and REST APIs, related backend logic, and clear contracts with frontend clients.

Requirements:

• Experience building and maintaining production Python applications with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience designing AI-powered backend features and integrations with sound judgment about LLM limitations.
• Proficiency in REST and GraphQL APIs, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with JavaScript and Vue.
