Healthcare Operations Analyst

As the Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in the continued development of NeueHealth’s core operational functions. The NeueHealth Operations Analyst role is responsible for driving operational excellence with internal and vendor operations functions. This position will work closely with cross-functional NeueHealth teams to design and document workflows and business requirements. The Operations Analyst will also be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with key vendors. Responsibilities include execution of daily operational processes, materials management, workflow process development, and vendor management tasks. You will also develop and maintain user and system management protocols to support audits. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of related experience, and experience with process documents and data analytics.
