Job Description

Commissions Process:

  • Execute and optimize end to end commissions process, including tracking and inputs.
  • Analyze and report to senior leadership on compensation plan performance.
  • Provide support and clarity for employees with commission questions.

Plan Design & Implementation:

  • Lead role in variable compensation plan design and system updates.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership in plan design and updates.
  • Collaborate with Legal and HR in maintaining compensation plan documents.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with the Financial Planning & Analysis team on forecasting.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success on commission discrepancies.
  • Effectively lead cross-functional projects while managing expectations.
