About the Role:
- Lead the technical direction of the In-Vehicle Experience team, building AI voice agents that assist drivers.
- Define what to build and how, shaping product direction from the engineering side.
- Own the technical architecture for coordinating multiple AI agents and real-time interactions.
Who You Are:
- You have 8+ years of software engineering experience, including shipping LLM-based products end-to-end.
- You are proficient in Go, TypeScript, Python, and have experience with memory and retrieval systems.
- You set technical direction and mentor engineers, operating with high autonomy in ambiguous environments.
