Job Description
Leveraging an expansive breadth of Cloud technical services experience as well as in-depth knowledge of market and customer demands, drive delivery excellence and support Bell Integration’s ability to achieve revenue and margin targets. Operates as the technical authority across key stakeholders both at Bell and across our customer portfolio and in doing so guides and mentors the business both internally and at point of delivery to ensure successful outcomes. Supports the Consulting Services Director to ensure the Managed Services operations run and deliver in accordance with defined best practice and doing so meets the quality requirements of Managed Services and our customers. Able to manage client relationships and build consensus and trust in Bell Integration delivery. Coach others on client agenda and customer ownership.
Recognised internal expert within technical/functional areas; develop new techniques, processes, and standards; track industry developments for new tools and techniques. Ownership of opportunities through sales process (owning solution from a practice perspective with pre-sales, approval of proposals/SOW within authority levels), and then through delivery lifecycle including providing account insight for future opportunities. Accountable for technical screening and interviewing across practice. Undertake and support team leaders on Performance Management related topics for personnel across the team, including technical accreditation plans for Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and the provision of objective feedback for Personal Development Reviews (PDRs). Operate as part of the Managed Services Leadership team, as an SME for all business stakeholders. Provide thought leadership of overall CIS strategy for practice area to cover Managed Service propositions and product development in collaboration with the Head of Service Development Accountable for the continual review and development of the Practice definition, delivery collateral and IP, in line with Bell business needs.
