About the role:
- Drive initiatives related to experience personalization, experimentation, and design system adoption.
- Ensure digital experiences remain consistent, performant, and aligned with user needs and business objectives.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and coordinate event program operations, bridging gaps between platform teams and event execution.
- Define and maintain product requirements, use cases, and documentation for event experience initiatives.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating proactively on program status.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor's Degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, or Program Design Operations.
- Experience with design systems and multidisciplinary digital product teams.
