Overview:
- The Senior Product Manager owns the B2c ecommerce experience and conversion strategy for Titlewave, Follett Software's educator-focused digital marketplace.
- This role leads product strategy and execution focused on optimizing customer journeys and driving purchasing decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and run experiments to optimize conversion metrics and reduce friction in the purchase journey.
- Balance the needs of educators and content partners while collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Data.
- Conduct ongoing customer research and use analytics to inform product decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of product management experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or EdTech.
- Strong expertise in A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
