What You Will Do:

  • Partner with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Create crisp PRDs, experiment briefs, and decision documents clarifying problems, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Help cultivate a culture of excellence, experimentation, and data-driven decision making across the DTC organization.

Global Mindset:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize and transcreate experiences across key markets.
  • Build scalable frameworks for localization, campaign launches, and content updates.
  • Think and execute globally to tailor the DTC experience for individual markets.

Experimentation and Optimization:

  • Drive a rigorous experimentation program and translate lessons into roadmap priorities.
  • Develop and test hypotheses rooted in data to maintain a high-velocity A/B testing pipeline.
  • Be the cross-functional driver for growth initiatives, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
