What You Will Do:
- Own the upper-funnel global DTC experience across homepage, category pages, and campaigns.
- Define and execute a product roadmap that balances customer experience with conversion, AOV, and revenue impact.
- Ideate and lead user-centric innovation, including AI-powered and personalized experiences.
Partnership and Execution:
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
- Create crisp PRDs, experiment briefs, and decision documents clarifying problems, requirements, and success metrics.
- Help cultivate a culture of excellence, experimentation, and data-driven decision making across the DTC organization.
Global Mindset:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize and transcreate experiences across key markets.
- Build scalable frameworks for localization, campaign launches, and content updates.
- Think and execute globally to tailor the DTC experience for individual markets.
Experimentation and Optimization:
- Drive a rigorous experimentation program and translate lessons into roadmap priorities.
- Develop and test hypotheses rooted in data to maintain a high-velocity A/B testing pipeline.
- Be the cross-functional driver for growth initiatives, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
