Job Description
Prepare technical solutions for new server and network hardware installations, upgrades, and related infrastructure changes. Review and analyze initial requirements to help identify and apply appropriate technical solutions. Create and update technical documentation, including Low-Level Designs (LLD), typical solution designs, and hardware reference materials, based on High-Level Design (HLD) guidelines. Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) based on approved designs to support implementation teams. Verify purchased hardware compliance with approved BOMs and specifications. Provide consultative support to project managers, operations teams, field engineers, and other technical specialists. Actively participate in Solution Architect team discussions, sharing ideas and contributing to the development of complex solutions.
