Head of Corporate Development

Role Overview:

• Lead Field Nation's M&A function end to end, including sourcing, underwriting, closing, and integrating transactions.
• Translate strategic priorities into acquisition criteria and build a continuously refreshed pipeline of targets.
• Operate as an individual contributor with the mandate to scale the function as deal volume grows.

What You'll Get To Do:

• Conduct market research and maintain relationships with bankers and advisors to generate proprietary deal flow.
• Build financial models and stress-test assumptions to develop defensible investment cases.
• Manage due diligence, negotiate terms, and lead integration planning with clear milestones and metrics.

What We're Looking For:

• 7–12+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development with full-cycle deal experience.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and a track record of structuring and closing transactions.
• Ability to partner with C-suite executives, boards, and functional leaders with excellent communication.
