Role Overview:
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, driving strategic initiatives such as market expansion, M&A, and long-range planning.
- Own end-to-end M&A analysis including target screening, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and post-close integration tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive market sizing frameworks and investment theses for new product introductions and R&D allocation decisions.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models supporting go-to-market decisions, including LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort analysis.
- Lead pricing strategy analytics and participate in annual budgeting and monthly reforecasts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy; PE-backed and SaaS experience preferred.
- Expert financial modeling skills including M&A (LBO, DCF), SaaS metrics, and scenario analysis.
