Preferences / Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Operations
  • 7–8 years of relevant ERP consulting experience, with strong hands‑on Sage Intacct implementation exposure
  • Proven experience handling complex support scenarios and advanced troubleshooting in a live customer environment

Additional Skills:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with a risk‑aware and client‑focused mindset
  • Ability to manage demanding client situations, drive decision‑making, and handle conflict professionally.

Work Conditions:

  • Client Engagement: Direct interaction with US clients and US‑based teams
  • Shift Flexibility: Required (late evening / US overlap as needed)

Wipfli delivers proactive, consultative support to our Sage Intacct clients. While it eventually aligns to a primary Wipfli industry, preferably Construction & Real Estate (CRE), they will take ownership of CRE from a Client Success perspective.
