Senior Software Engineer - AI/ML

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate multi-agent workflows and tool-enabled agents for resilient production pipelines.
• Architect and maintain end-to-end RAG systems covering document ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and answer synthesis.
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs and GenAI services across cost, performance, and privacy dimensions.

Requirements & Skills:

• Production experience with agent orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines end-to-end at production scale.
• Strong experience with evaluation pipelines for generative AI, including automated scoring and hallucination mitigation.
