Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure stable operation of computer software systems and network connections, including planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network software.
- Analyze and resolve end user software and connectivity issues, provide training, and recommend technology direction.
- Perform advanced application networking, load balancing, fault tolerance, and vulnerability management.
Qualifications:
- Seven years of progressive experience in Information Processing, with four years hands-on in installing, configuring, and maintaining software.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Qlik or Power BI, and executive level presentations.
- Must have IT-II sensitivity, Secret clearance, and IAT II 81401-M baseline certification; Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate preferred.
