About the role:

  • The Enterprise Sales VP will expand our footprint with large enterprise clients through direct sales.
  • We are expanding our team in order to continue to hit our ambitious Enterprise Sales goals.

What you will do:

  • Own the direct sales cycles and deploy sales objectives through the preparation and measuring of sales quotas, prospecting and pipeline management
  • Build out Garner’s large enterprise channel by way of direct sales to employer, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers

The ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of deep sales experience with a focus on health benefits (medical, ancillary, vendor) via brokers, consultants, and insurers
  • Existing relationships within the broker, consultant and insurance communities
