Key Responsibilities:
- Support communication across internal teams and stakeholders to help ensure alignment and information flow.
- Accurately enter and maintain project and booking data within internal systems such as Power Apps to support data integrity and reporting.
- Assist with tracking bookings throughout the quarter and preparing basic summaries or reports for internal use.
Administrative & Coordination Support:
- Support sales teams with timely and accurate entry of booking-related data, including tagging and documentation updates.
- Assist with coordination of the legal engagement process, including case setup, document tracking, and follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain project documentation such as receipts, sales collateral, and proof of completion.

- Early-career professional or recent graduate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data entry, tracking tasks, and structured processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator who can follow up with multiple stakeholders in a professional manner.
