The Utility Billing Specialist is responsible for overseeing all utility and meter reading functions and plays a customer service role in supporting Community Managers by resolving billing issues and answering utility billing questions from residents. This position works closely with the Billing and Recapture Manager by creating billing and meter read reports monthly.
