Your Team and Role:

• As VP, Legal, you serve as the senior legal leader and strategic advisor to the executive team.
• You oversee all legal matters across our product portfolio, regulatory environment, and commercial relationships.
• This role combines executive leadership with hands-on individual contribution on high-stakes matters.

What You'll Do:

• Provide legal counsel on EU and US regulations including DMA, DSA, and privacy laws.
• Direct global privacy compliance and manage the legal team's operating model and priorities.
• Advise on AI features, product launches, employment, IP, and corporate transactions.

About You:

• You have 15+ years of legal experience, including 10+ years in-house at a consumer tech company.
• You bring deep expertise in privacy, platform regulation, or antitrust law.
• You are a business partner who translates legal complexity into strategic guidance.
