About the role:

  • Provide 1st level service support and resolution to Managed Services customers.
  • Provide 1st line support and incident management by resolving issues or escalating them.
  • Play a critical part in providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow ticket lifecycle management from triage to debugging through to resolution.
  • Provide clear communication and updates to customers and team members.
  • Create and maintain incident documentation for continuous team learning.

Qualifications:

  • German & English proficient.
  • Based in Germany.
  • Familiarity with SLA.
