Job Description
The Technical Writer will create and maintain a wide range of technical documents, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, release notes, FAQs, tutorials, and SOPs. Ensuring accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to company style guides and industry standards. Manage documentation across platforms and media, using content management systems (CMS), version control systems and online help systems. The writer will also collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve user experience by providing input on user interface text and participating in usability studies.
