The Technical Account Manager (TAM) manages delivery on eCommerce and CMS accounts, partnering with the Development team to collect detailed business requirements and translate them for web development; a hybrid role as program/project manager, product owner, business analyst, and QA.

The Web Manager will report into our fantastic Chief of Staff and work alongside our internal partner developer team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the strategic direction and overall project execution of a high-traffic, business-critical website.
