Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer, you will:
- Create customer-centric experiences and user friendly features and be a key leader and contributor on design team.
- Partner with other Product Designers, product and development teams.
- Have the opportunity to build brand new products across markets and make Tala products available to more customers.
As a manager, you will:
- Lead projects beyond the scope of the immediate roadmap and work with other designers and stakeholders.
- Coach team to use established design systems, style guides, patterns and assets in the creation of UX deliverables. Encourage best practices in process and methodology.
- Deliver against business KPIs and customer needs.
