Role Overview:
- Strategic customer engagements to drive business outcomes and value from Broadcom's ValueOps and Agile management solutions.
- Senior domain specialist collaborating with enterprise clients on large, complex technology environments.
What You'll Do:
- Build relationships across IT and business silos, identify adoption activities, and maintain account opportunity and engagement information.
- Perform demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions, and present solution and adoption roadmaps.
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, services, and management to ensure synergy across assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's plus 12+ years or Master's plus 10+ years in a technology or business related discipline.
- Strong background with PPM, FinOps, and Agile management tools such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to shift customer relationships to partnerships.
