Associate Solution Manager

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients and prospects to understand needs, define objectives, and represent market requirements across WellSky.
• Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying initiatives, defining scope, and providing high-level timelines.
• Review and translate client requests into solution designs and requirements that address market needs.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in medical technology (MLT/MT or related field) or comparable laboratory technology experience in blood banking.
• At least 2-4 years of experience working with products/solutions in an Agile scrum environment.
• Experience using JIRA, Miro, Visio or other solution mapping or development documentation tools preferred.
