Responsibilities:
- Drive search and discovery strategy, including relevance tuning, faceted navigation, and category taxonomy.
- Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to define requirements and manage the product backlog.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, UAT, and post-launch analysis.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in product roles with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum expertise.
- Experience with search, full-stack tech (React, Java), and cloud platforms.
- Strong data fluency to turn analytics into roadmap decisions.
