Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary:

• We’re seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide direct, evidence-based GI care via telehealth.
• You'll collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and health coaches to deliver whole-person digestive health care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual patient assessments, diagnose GI conditions, and prescribe medications within scope.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the supervising physician and care team.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record.

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in the US, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Experience managing patients with chronic conditions or in a GI specialty.
• Prior telehealth experience and bilingual proficiency are desired.
