What You'll Do:
- Design and build authentication flows, OAuth integrations, and authorization platforms across Motive's products.
- Develop BYOK capabilities and security controls for customers with advanced data-protection requirements.
- Conduct threat modeling, code reviews, and security testing including SAST, DAST, and penetration testing.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of software engineering or security engineering experience with strong programming in Python, Go, or JavaScript.
- Experience with authentication, OAuth, authorization, and cloud security controls on AWS.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and secure software development practices.
Pay & Benefits:
- Compensation range for Canada is $146,000 - $180,000 CAD, plus restricted stock units for certain roles.
