Quality Control Analyst II (Mortgage Claims Filing)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits using the system of record and all documentation to ensure timely compliance with various guidelines.
• Perform sustainability testing, analyze results, and provide monthly summary reports to management.
• Research complex issues by leveraging tools like ALLRegs and contacting subject matter experts and law firms.

Qualifications:

• Requires 2-4 years of quality control experience in Mortgage Servicing or Banking.
• Must have knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines are essential.
