Manager, GEO/AIO & LLM Optimization

About the Role:

• This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on advancing ServiceNow's visibility across AI-powered discovery surfaces.
• You will report to the Senior Manager of SEO & AIO and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

• Execute strategies for AI-powered surfaces including LLM-driven answers and conversational search.
• Build data-driven rubrics to evaluate performance across modern SEO pillars like content quality and AI readiness.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking GEO/AIO performance to pipeline influence and revenue attribution.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of hands-on SEO/GEO/AIO experience with at least 2 years in AI search optimization.
• Proficiency with enterprise GEO/AIO measurement tools like Profound and AirOps.
• Strong grasp of technical SEO fundamentals including structured data and Core Web Vitals.
