Process New Patient Information:
- Input and accurately chart patient details into our systems.
- Validate Coverage:
- Work with Medicare, Medicaid, and other health programs to confirm and validate patient hospice coverage.
- Ensure Accurate Recordkeeping:
- Support multiple state locations by ensuring patient records are up-to-date and correct across various electronic management systems.
Manage Authorization Process:
- Oversee all aspects of the authorization process, from initiation to tracking and follow-up, ensuring continuous coverage for services.
- Drive Process Improvement:
- Support a culture of continuous improvement within the billing department by implementing changes that lead to best practices.
