Job Description

The Senior HRIS Specialist, HRIS and Analytics is primarily responsible for the design, support, and maintenance of assigned Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), supporting outbound and inbound integrations. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, maximizing efficiency by analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities as well as systems administration and maintenance, evaluation of functionality, design and configurations, testing changes, report writing and development of integrations between systems both internal and external. The Senior HRIS Specialist also supports system releases based testing and is responsible for project management of small to mid-size People Group projects. Proactively partner with key stakeholders and leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement through leverage or enhancement of existing or new functionality within People Technology systems, and share best practices. Design, develop, configure, and implement People Technology enhancements based on requests from internal clients requirements, recommendations, and business needs.
