Sr. QA Manager - LATAM (Remote)

As the Sr. QA Manager, you will define and execute a comprehensive quality engineering strategy aligned with product and engineering goals. This role involves building and leading a high-performing team of SDET engineers including manual testers and cross-functional assistants, establish scalable QA processes and metrics to measure quality across teams, introduce and manage test automation frameworks for frontend, backend, and mobile. You will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure quality is embedded at every stage of development, develop and maintain robust test plans, test cases, and test data. You should also collaborate with DevOps to integrate quality into CI/CD and release pipelines and champion a quality-first mindset and advocate for best practices across the org. You will evaluate and implement tools to enhance test coverage, performance testing, regression, and load testing.
