You'll own the developer experience for Code Metal's platform, with forward-deployed engineers as customer zero.
You'll set the strategy, build the team, and ship the first version alongside them.

Key Responsibilities:

Consolidate and standardize FDE tools and pipelines, deciding what becomes commercial product.
Build reliable feedback loops from secure and air-gapped environments.
Instrument adoption and ROI metrics to validate with enterprise and government design partners.

Requirements:

10+ years in product, consulting, or solutions leadership and management.
Hands-on depth in agentic developer tools and AI-assisted SDLC.
Strong product judgment to distinguish one-off requests from repeatable product needs.
