Services Program Manager

The Services Program Manager will ensure the successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of enterprise software solutions for clients. Accountabilities include:

• Leading the end-to-end program structure for multiple customer implementation projects.
• Managing project planning, scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of program management experience in SaaS or technology services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing projects and deliver measurable results.
