You’ll sit at the intersection of executive leadership, Finance, Legal, and Total Rewards playing a critical role in developing thoughtful, compliant, and high-impact compensation programs. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to leave your mark as we continue to grow and prepare for our next chapter. Manage executive compensation programs, including base pay, annual incentives, and long-term equity awards. Manage SEC filings, ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and global regulations, and partner with stakeholders to prepare proxy materials.
