As Vanta's Compensation Manager, you’ll provide critical analytical and operational support to their Director of Compensation, helping ensure that Vanta’s compensation processes run smoothly and building the foundation to scale the function effectively as the company grows. This highly execution- and data-focused role supports day-to-day compensation transactions and drives analyses that inform changes to compensation programs and philosophy.
