Job Description

In this role, you'll partner closely with the Director of Compensation to execute and scale Vanta’s compensation processes, including salary and equity reviews, job benchmarking, and compensation band updates. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Finance on budgeting, headcount planning, and equity pool management, and with People Business Partners on compensation decisions for hiring, promotions, and internal mobility. Building and maintaining equity burn models to forecast and monitor dilution is a key responsibility, as is managing and optimizing compensation and equity systems like Pave and Carta. The Compensation Manager will conduct compensation data analysis and modeling to support decisions during compensation cycles and changes to programs and will improve daily compensation operations—such as new hire offers and internal transfers—with a view toward automating and standardizing them. Additionally, you'll help to implement new tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities, build dashboards and reports that support people analytics use cases, and support compensation-related audits and compliance initiatives.
