Job Description

Promotion and sales development of Viessmann products in the assigned Territory. Perform market evaluation and development of sales forecasts. Maintain contact with all customers in the assigned territory, including wholesalers, engineering offices, ESCOs, and contractors, to maintain a consistently high level of product awareness. Provide customer support and troubleshooting. Assist contractors who install equipment for the first time. Offer product assistance to customers and stakeholders regarding equipment selection and replacement parts. Manage and develop assigned Manufacturers Representatives. Assist the Commercial Team in Warwick with project information. Maintain and develop ViPro level contractors and contractor networks. Report to the supervisor weekly on the status and development of Viessmann product sales. Participate in annual Viessmann Sales Representative meetings and product information seminars.
