Administrative & Sales Support:

  • Oversee the inquire-to-order process and manage order processing, including import/export procedures.
  • Receive inventory, handle accounts payable, prepare invoices, and forward orders to customers.
  • Serve as primary interface between US customers and HQ in Germany, define sales targets, and prepare annual forecasts.

Marketing & Communication:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with HQ and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field with 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across international teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems, order management, invoicing, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English, with German knowledge and intercultural experience a plus.
